Good decision re: the bands. You get awesome resistance and a huge pump from them. Just watch out for the area where you put your feet, I had one band rip rip a small hole right there and could have been disastrous if I hadn't caught it in time. Emailed beachbody and they ended up apologizing and sending me a whole brand new set plus handles for the trouble at no cost!
I use the magenta, red, and green weight bands but it would be nice to have a heavier one when doing arms. I also do have 2 sets of weights (5 lb & 10lb) bought at Target. Will prob get another 15 or 20. Weights are great for some of the shoulder exercises and for adding some extra weight during legs and back.
Where did you see Dreya?! I'd love to see her in person or the chick from the legs dvd who stands in the back.
