Out of curiosity for those of you who do the program how does your workout schedule look for the week while including cycling? Are you doing 2 workouts a day for the cycling days? I'm trying to determine what a good schedule would be that allows me to do most of the workouts without having to put in 2+ hours a day and allowing at least a day of rest after working each muscle group... Ideas?
Keeping in mind that I don't "train" for any goals on my bike, I just ride, often commuting to work or around town --
I didn't see a problem doing both. Yeah, my biking was harder after doing plyo or one of the legs workouts, but that's just how it goes. If I need to save up and recover strength for a particular reason, I just do less.
