lootcorp - I agree with you there all the way. I started it never intending to do the diet or really even the program the way it was designed. I simply needed something I could do in my own home on my own time. I hate gyms, and the bike was my first love and nothing was going to change that. I just do random workouts. Mix things up, with trainer time or as much riding as I can still fit in. I'm sure if I were to follow the program I'd see better results, but I am extremely happy with my improvement so far.
I'll never make it through the diet though. I just don't have the will power. I can regulate what I eat pretty well, but when I want to splurge, I'll do it. That usually means burgers or pizza rather than something sweet and nasty anyway.
