QuakerProf, you could use
p-clamps to mount a rack onto your seat stays. Alternately, it seems like you could use the fastening bolts for your sliding dropouts as mounting points, if you ran a longer bolt and some spacers.
Ah, ok. The rack itself looks like one of the Axiom racks (one of the models is the Streamliner, if I remember right) that mounts to the skewer for the rear wheel. It's what I would need to use for my road bike, for example.
