Hello fellow San Diegan:
I just bought a set of english three speeds (DL-1s).
Velo Cult is a cool LBS and South Park is a nice place to ride a bike.
I was asking one of the guys at Velo Cult about bike tires for my 28" wheels. He swore I ordered the wrong size because he said 28" tires were so rare that he doubted I had them!

Didn't make it to last years but it looked like a great time. My girlfriend and I are planning on going on this year's ride, it should be a lot of fun if anyone else in the southern california area is interested in checking it out.
