I'm looking for a long high angle stem.

The reason is that the front half of my S&S coupled road bike frame won't fit into the S&S hard suitcase without taking the fork out because the steerer tube is too long. The frame is 58 cm and the steerer tube uncut (400 mm length). I want to cut about 1.5 inches off the steerer tube and put a long high angle stem on it. Right now I've got an Easton EA70 80 mm 20 deg stem on the top of the steerer tube, and I'd actually like to get the handlebars about 1 inch higher and not change the reach much.
