20 deg 80mm stem is about the same as a 110mm 40deg stem.
as far as I know, there is no stem that has more than 40 degs.
origin 8 has a bunch of stems in 35 and 40d sizes, but the largest I've seen is 130mm, 40d.
comcycle usa has them.

have you considered a steerer extender?
