I realize that this is an old post, but wanted to get this out there. I had my bike powder coated at Maas Brothers in Livermore. I think straight colors run ~$85 or so (including beadblasting the frame). Mine was a metal flake and it cost $185. They also were able to work around the chrome bits on the frame and forks. They also do pick up and delivery. Cooler still, the samples are on beer cans (albeit empty).
