+1 Put me down for neither. Both are race bikes for there respective fields, road racing for the Allez and Cross racing for the CruX. The flat bar Sirrus is more of an all rounder and is cheaper if you're set on Specilized there is even a disk model.
The sirrus has room for fenders and 28 tires. I ran some 35s last year under my fenders but it was super-tight and there was a bit of rub if ice built up on the stays. I converted mine over to drop bars for around 100$. Might even be able to scoop one up at end-of-season sale price.
