Both of those work well for their intended purpose. They are built more for triatholon bikes/riders, but will obviously work just fine on a fixie/ss. The Profile one is more apt to lose bottles, since the cages are made of plastic and can't be smushed down to firmly hold the bottle like alloy bottle cages can.

Another option is the Cat Eye BC-100 Nylon Water Bottle cage. It mounts on to the frame like a normal bottle cage, but can be attached with zip ties around the downtube, so bottle cage mounts aren't needed.
