Best Behind Saddle Bottle Mount?
I plan on purchasing a new Pake Frame soon, but it doesn't have any bottle bosses. I was looking at some behind the saddle bottle mounts, and so far I have found:
Profile Design RM1

Profile Design Aquarack

Minoura Saddle Bottle Cage Adapter

X-Lab Mini Wing Kit

Does anyone use any of these, and if so, how do you like it? I've heard some can launch bottles over bumps, but some say it has to be a huge pothole, others say the smallest bump will launch a bottle. Any help is appreciated.

Both of those work well for their intended purpose. They are built more for triatholon bikes/riders, but will obviously work just fine on a fixie/ss. The Profile one is more apt to lose bottles, since the cages are made of plastic and can't be smushed down to firmly hold the bottle like alloy bottle cages can.
Another option is the Cat Eye BC-100 Nylon Water Bottle cage. It mounts on to the frame like a normal bottle cage, but can be attached with zip ties around the downtube, so bottle cage mounts aren't needed.

+1 on the above. Also, don't forget that Schwinn has a water bottle cage with a clamping mechanism that works just like a hose clamp but gives a more "finished" appearance. I had one on my Kabuki Submariner due to a lack of braze-on mounts. If I remember correctly it cost around $10.00. Or you can just go the hose clamp route. You might be able to get plastic hose-type clamps, but all I've seen are stainless steel. Lots of options for you to explore.

I've used the Profile bottle mount for a couple years now. I have yet to launch a bottle from it, despite suggestions that this will happen.
And BTW, the plastic Profile cages are removable and can be replaced with metal ones should this be a problem at some point.

My Tommaso track has cage mounts.

BUT if you just ge the pake your fine. No need to cultivate other frame options.
EDIT: I just noticed that in this picture, it looks like you can call that number for $60!!!

I use a Profile rail mount on my Tri/TT bike and haven't had any problems with it. The cages are very tight. I can't imagine a bottle falling out of them. But, like John said, they're removable so you can replace them with metal or carbon cages if you feel the need.
EDIT: I'd get the post mount if it will work for you. There is a pivot to adjust the angle on the rail mount that did slip on me once. It hasn't been a problem since I cranked it down, but I think the post mount would be a tiny bit more secure since it doesn't appear to have that pivot. Unfortunately the post mount wouldn't work with my aero post.

Here you go https://www.trisports.com/xlab-carbon...140-6-kit.html I pulled one off a bike I bought (Older Model). I see you're in the Bay Area. The xlab allows you to mount any style bottle cage you want. I'd just be worried about a quick dismount...
