Doing a load of stuff to the house this winter, so that will be my main project. In my down time, though, I'm going to completely strip and redo my oldest bike, a mid-'80s Trek 520 tourer that I turned into a singlespeed when I got my Atlantis. It's a Reynolds 531 lugged frame that fits me and feels as good as anything I've ever ridden, but I've just used it as a beater and grocery getter for the last three or four years. It's still one of my favorite bikes, and it's going to get torn completely down, checked for rust, Frame Savered, powdercoated (I'm thinking orange, but there's a not-quite-Kawasaki green that appeals to me...) and reassembled with new bearings etc. I may go with old-style three-speed bars for an upright position, and I cannibalized a chainguard off a cruiser in a dumpster the other day that I may try to put on it just for looks..
