I'm setting goals now with at least a couple of outrageous goals.
- Lose 30-40lbs (final weight will depend on what suits me best at 5'9".
I WON'T drop below 180, that's for sure. Below that is not my personal ideal weight).
- Set up a "riding" soundtrack to ride to.
- Do my 1st Century (outrageous for me).
- Improve significantly with me 2nd Century.
- 500 miles of riding a month (once we get past winter's un-rideable months).
- 1 Week Cycling Related Vacation (either Road or MTB).
- Build an Über Bike (full plastic sensation in @ low 15lb range).
- Increase my average mph to high teens.
- Set-up a home shop.
- Get fully geared up for cycling.
- Become a competitive amateur rider.
- Enter and complete a Road Race.
- Develop healthy eating habits.
- Ride Broadway (NYC) from the north to the south non-stop as fast as I can.
(Okay, maybe just one stop for a pair of Papaya Gray's Hot Dogs! ).
- Take advantage of every good riding day I can.
Pretty boring for the most part, but I had to express it somewhere so that it's
out there floating around for me to return to and I'm not much of a blogger.
This is stuff I wanted to do this past year, but big career changes put a halt to that.
Any advice is greatly appreciated and flaming will be dealt with accordingly!
