But I really need to get my "core" back in shape.
I whip back into shape quick once I begin to work out.


I don't do the New Year's stuff either, but I'm aiming for 185lbs and whatever bf% come with that but ideally would lose the spare tire which has already lost some volume since I started riding regularly. I'm also hoping to ride up and down both sides of Vail pass. It's about 80 miles (Breckenridge to Vail and back) so I need to find something else to try that's 100 miles so I can do a century too, but the climbing should count for something. Hope to do both of those this summer.

That was actually one of the the "why's" that I posted this thread.
If I found at least one voice of encouragement who's had similar goals,
that would be a bit of a boost to me. It's always comforting to know
others have been in a similar situation and have met their goals.
Nice to know that I've found more than 1 voice of encouragement.
