Tips for planning:
1) Find people who want to race
2) Find some dependable people to work checkpoints
3) Find a few obscure alleys that are still named on most maps
4) Find a few intersections on top of hills
5) Find a few points of interest
6) Find a few easy intersections
7) Combine 3 - 6 into a manifest
8) Don't tell anyone the checkpoints
