Definitely Titans if you want a good budget set. I checked the tension and true when I got mine, and they didn't need any adjustments. I rode them plenty of miles and on some pretty crappy roads without any issue. I also know someone weighing 220+ lb who rode them without problem. I only got rid of them because I saved up enough $$$ to build my sub 1400g climbing set.
