Specialized Armadillos have that dark stripe on the side, kinda matches the Brooks and the Bar tape (Just Riv cork with Bullseye Shellac! Cheap and durable)
White tires end up looking like....butthole ;(
Have you thought about the schwalbe delta cruiser "creme" tires? Big and heavy, but they look BETTER (not good, mind you) than white tires after some riding. I ride them on another Coaster Brake bike I built up:
