It can't be earlier than '81 as the '80's used a different lug set. '81-'84 would be right. Actually probably an '81 as I think that was the last year they used the Gipiemme crank and that headset. I think everything went to Ofmega in '82 or so. It's not a bad frame. I have one set up as a fixed gear.
