It really depends on your anatomy and what you prefer. Cut out or no cut out, saddle's stiffness is more important IMO. It also depends on the shape, width and length etc etc. I prefer my saddle to have a slightly more slender nose because of how much I spin.

Are you absolutely sure you want a cut out? What's wrong with your current one?
