So? He's obviously looking for something that goes inside of his body that reaches his prostate.

You need pants with more support. Or stop riding naked.

IMAGE NOT SAFE FOR WORK.

There are plenty of them.

Selle Italia Flite Gel Flow, Selle Italia SLR Gel Flow etc etc. Almost all models of Selle Italia saddles have a cut out version. Selle SMP saddles are popular too. Terry FLX has a cut out and many many many many many more.

https://www.pricepoint.com/detail/211...ails-Black.htm

There's a good one. I have the non-cut out version which fits my behind very perfectly.

i looked through price point and my main thing is for it to be thin but not having a cut out can lead to problems later on in your life i guess? i like the selle italia slc but its a little expensive.

It really depends on your anatomy and what you prefer. Cut out or no cut out, saddle's stiffness is more important IMO. It also depends on the shape, width and length etc etc. I prefer my saddle to have a slightly more slender nose because of how much I spin.

Are you absolutely sure you want a cut out? What's wrong with your current one?

The Selle SMP Full Carbon Lite is thin (no padding) and weighs 119 grams.

I have the Selle SMP Pro which is padded and weighs 315 grams. It's comfortable for me on long rides, and the cutout has relieved the numbness I used to get with my Brooks Pro.

Contrary to what many marketers would have you believe, you don't actually need a saddle cutout to reduce perineal pressure.

Having said that, the Specialized body geometry series of saddles are extremely comfortable, and they do happen to have the cutout. My favorite is the Toupe, which is what you'll want if you're looking for something w/ minimal padding.

I didn't when I was younger; my Brooks was great. As I got older (I'm 68), the cutout made a huge difference.

The Selle SMP patent is more than marketing hype (caution: explicit patent drawings).

i've known too many distance cyclists who don't use a cutout to think that it's necessary. I also see and know many people who use non cutout saddles on bikes with aggressive positioning. But I guess like all things pertaining to saddles, it's a matter of personal preference.

Personally, Brooks hurt my man parts more than any other saddle. Though it was the comfiest for my sit bones.

I've also ridden a Specialized Toupe and liked it. The Romin looks pretty sweet, too, though I have not tried it.

You have to consider how you're bending over and rotating at your back and/or hips to make sure you're on your sit bones.
