Last year in April, I got a technically-new 2009 Trek 2.1 with 25 miles on it for $750, but it was still used.

But you should check the threads with the Trek Warranty issue, like other people said. Unfortunately, I never saw them before I got my bike, but fortunately, my bike has never had any issues.
