No, all the middle-aged bald guys wearing Campbell Full O' Beans jerseys riding them is what scares me.

I'm fully aware of the "manipulated 6/4 tubing" difference in the top end Litespeeds. And yes, the Vortex is only slightly more expensive than the Moots SL.

But putting 6/4 aside for the moment, and considering only the fact that Litespeed's top end bike is still more expensive than both a fully custom Serotta and a fully custom Seven, then I pretty much feel the same way. I don't think the trade for 6/4 vs. custom at a higher price point speaks particularly well for Litespeed, do you? And, I find it really surprising that Litespeed customers are willing to shell the big bills only to find their frame discounted 20-50% at the end of the season.

But you're right in saying that the Tuscany as their top end 3/2 frame does compete well price-wise with the Moots, although I think they're not equal in terms of build quality.

Enjoy your Teramo, my visceral dislike for Litespeed has nothing to do with you or your choice. We're still pals, right?
