My wife is doing it for the second time. She's pretty hardcore and has achieved nice results. The only workout I've done is ab ripper X and it's definite torture. I'm going to try the plyo and yoga as well. I can't see myself following through on the whole workout. When I was 25 and wanted the chicks to be drawn to my guns, maybe, but not now. Now, I'm working on a look that gives me an upper body made of toothpicks sitting atop two california redwoods.
