And it's designed for actual velodrome use. BUT there's not that much difference between the Track and Track Pro geometry (and in fact on older frames they had the same geo). Fuji actually puts out one of the trackier street rides.

They do deliver a fork with road rake (which isn't that uncommon in track frames today) as well as tubing with road profiles and crimped seat and down tubes at the bottom bracket shell for a little springier ride.
