Your about 5 or 6 years late on that stuff, I sold a ton of it on eBay then for decent money, all of it went to Japan.
I was getting $30 for used rear derailleurs. One complete new set sold for $140. Far more than it ever sold for new. These days the market has dried up, and only new seems to sell. At best you may find a buyer looking for some spare components for an old bike. I'd have to say $20 to $40 tops if you find the right buyer. Otherwise it may not even sell. I'd probably pack them away and wait a few more years, maybe the market will come back for older French parts like those.
