Ok thanks. I tried my local bike shop but they wanted 80 euros to replace the bearings!
I have bought the bearings online for 5 Euros and if the adjustment doesn't work then i'll try and find someone else local who can do it for a better price , and if the bearings are gone then i can give them the bearings to fit for me.
