Thanks for that clarification. I currently run 7800 so I wouldn't need a whole new groupset. I wouldn't need a new crank. I wouldn't need a new cluster. I wouldn't need a new chain. But would I need new front brakes? Are the 7800 brakes compatible with Di2? I seem to recall that those Di2 paddle shifters are only compatible with 7900.

And I obviously I would need the front and rear derailleur, the battery and charging unit.
