Zefel is still around and they have rebuild parts for them.Your pump is not going to get a full pump with a dent in the tube.

You can fix the dent by getting a steel ball bearing the correct size,greasing it up and driving through the pump to straighten it.You can buy the correct size ball at places like McMaster-Carr.
