Sean at Soul will take care of you. I have a set of S2.0 wheels. Have had 2 issues with them in almost 2 years. First issue was wheels needed tensioning after a month or so of use. Had my LBS do it and Sean reimbursed me. Second issue was a bent front rim from a wreck in a race. Sean sold me a new rim and I had it in my hands in 2 weeks. The wheels have been great. I'm about 165 lbs and beat the snot out of these wheels and they hold up fine.
I have no doubts Sean is a stand up guy and will stand behind his products. My concern is if I break a spoke on a hard trianing ride or mess up my hub and need parts how available are the spokes and hub bearings?
I've had issues before and blown forks on my mtb 4-5 days out from a major trace and was lucky to get it repaired
