was on the phone all morning with Best customer service...found out from someone that they MIGHT be canceling the ebike/bike supplies program....and that would explain why they are back ordered and all the mistakes on the color of the bags, probably excess inventory to get rid of
FWIW if there is a chance we might not get our orders, if you have an order that is in "backorder" or "checking in store availability" you might want to give them a call and complain and get a case # for reference...also make sure you contact them 30 days from order so they don't automatically cancel the order......
and I agree with Tourist in MN...I am soured on Best Buy at this point, doubt if I will ever do business with them again over how this whole Ortlieb thing has been handled by Best, their customer service and their online ordering
