there are no issues other than size. the trouble is most people buy it because it's the cheapest buckle bag chrome makes ignoring the fact that it's also the smallest. frankly i say save and go for a chrome, they're pretty much perfect in my experience and they last forever. but my recomendation for a cheaper option is the ortlieb velocity. about the same capacity as a citizen but it's a backpack. i had one and i enjoyed it.
