I have a Citizen and love it. But the complaints I've seen are about its comfort level when you load it with tons of things that vary in shape (books, Tupperware (for lunch courses), packages to ship, etc.). Every now and then I'll put a bunch of stuff in my Citizen without thought and it can get kind of awkward feeling.

I recall reading a post from Scrod about how he disliked trying his friend's Chrome for this reason (correct me if I'm wrong, Scrod). Pretty sure Scrod sports a Timbuk2.

If you pack the Citizen wisely, it's no problem.
