Looks like you are going to want 29er wheels since the bike has disk brakes and 700c wheels. You don't say what you want to use for road tires. You should be able to find something in the 28 - 32 mm width range that will fit the rims and roll well on the street. It might be possible to switch the disks and cassette when you switch wheels but buying new ones for the new wheels will eliminate that considerable tedium. I don't know about disks, cassettes are not a major expense and if you like a narrower range cassette for road use you can get that too while you are at it. I got a new set of Handspun wheels from QBP through my LBS last year and I am happy with them. They make some excellent medium priced wheels and some very fancy/expensive ones too. You can
see their 29er wheels here. I just wanted wider rims so I could run fairly wide tires. My Fuji came with 14 mm rims which aren't the best for 38 mm tires. I kept the old rims though and I plan to swap them back on when I want to run 28 mm tires. My bike has rim brakes so no new disks for me. I still have to get a new cassette though. Swapping the cassette between wheels is well within the skill level of most owners, it just gets tedious as I say.
