Specialized Concept Stores

I am wondering if anyone has any experience taking your Specialized bike for service at a Specialized Concept Store OTHER than the one you purchased your bike at? I have a decal near the BB with one vendor, and I am wondering if I am stuck using that vendor for service, since some other vendors may be more convenient during some rides. The shop that I purchased from offers free adjustments and minor repairs, etc...

Will the other vendor sneer at me and treat me like **** since i'm not their customer? My friend brought her Trek in to ask for a fitting, and they "almost made her cry."
