After looking at Gunnar's website, I see the headtube length for the Gunnar Sport 58cm size is 176mm. That seems to be bit a bit taller that other brands for the same size.
This longer head tube length may be a bit too tall for my liking....bordering on a geeky look!

Don't forget to add another 30mm or so for the external headset. With that said, I doubt the head tube will be too tall for you, unless you are very flexible. If you think it is too tall, take out all the spacers and put a -17 degree stem on it; problem solved. Plus it will look "pro" (it sounds like you are more worried about looks than fit).
