The
25" 1986 Traveler I recently acquired seems to have a shorter head tube. In fact, every time I look at it, it doesn't seem all that big. I dunno if all the sizes use the 72.5 ST/HT angles quoted in the catalog, but maybe those "slack" angles are to blame.
