^^ Have you seen the Movie 'Waiting'? It's surprisingly accurate with regard to the restaurant business and (unfortunately) much of it can be applied to any service industry, like bike shops. Customer service becomes an afterthought because the employees are too busy hanging out or effin' around.
I go there a lot and I've dropped quite a few dollars in there- but if I didn't already know them from Supergo, I'd have punched o few of them in the throat by now.
