FSA uses the same spindle design as Profile. (They really are the most ripped off cranks in BMX) Any Profile compatible spindle should have worked, and those are a dime a dozen. Probably why FSA doesn't bother to sell the steel spindle separately.

As has been said, that's an American (AKA: Ashtabula) bottom bracket. 10 to 15 dollars at most online stores, and I doubt they'd be much more at any given brick and mortar store. If the place sells BMX parts, you can get an Odyssey Dynatron BB that has plastic dust covers to better protect the bearings and grease from dirt and grime. It's a quality unit, to boot. Had one, about 16 years ago, until the bike was stolen.
