It is a tough cal, but the fork could be tweeked a bit. Then again, it could be the barrel effect commonly found in digital pictures, that I take, at least.

Let's see a dead on shot from the front, offering detail as to how the front wheel splits the fork blades. An uneven split might indicate problems, either wheel or fork related.
