can anyone give me a super rough breakdown of wheelset weight?

like, what range would be considered light.....super light?
or say, what the weight of a standard velocity deep v to formula wheelset is?
(that is a weight that is tangible to me to compare to)
at what point would you consider a wheelset heavy?
