I have a Sugino crank extractor tool, but doesn't resemble the one pictured. Mine has a rotating insert at the pin end. I believe the one in the OP's pic is for nutted spindles. As mine only fits spindles for bolts. I don't believe these are so rare that you can't find alternatives still. I prefer my Wrench Force by Snap-On crank extractor. Similar to the Sugino but removes cranks from both spindle types. Costed me $4.95.
