As long as you get the right size, they're great. If you have internal spoke nipples, they're far superior to rim tape, as truing the wheel only requires you to pop a few out rather than rip off the tape.
thats a good point actually. if i had rims with internal nipples i would use velo plugs instead of the Rox ultralight tape (even though i would gain a couple grams by doing so
