Can any one tell me which Cinelli logo is the earlier of the two? Both bars are Mod. 66-38, non-grooved and 26.4 dia. All the bars I purchased throughout the '80s had the top logo. The bottom set I bought NOS on eBay about a year ago and that was the first time I ever saw that logo. Also, can anyone approximate the years? Thanks

BTW: I tried Velobase and I still can't determine which logo is the earlier one.
