You can get custom name decals for your downtube from
these guys. They look very good (the decals, I've never met those guys). The decal comes on a film. After applying you let it set for a few minutes then peel off the film and each letter becomes and individual sticker. Letters only, no graphics and they offer around a dozen of various fonts from conservative to funky.
And
these guys let you upload your own art. A 8x11 sheet is about $10.50 shipped. You can fit up to 10 long stickers on it or combine your art with what they have.
