Run, kayak, swim. All done by bike along with 90 percent of my commute. I log somewhere around 100 miles of training miles per week, 25-30 running miles. I probably am up near 20k rowing and another 10k swimming in any given week.
But then again, I'm sorta insane, mostly.
I also log around 40 miles a week of singletrack on my mountain bike. I have a six hour race next month.
