I ride the 22-mile RT 2-5 times per week, do a
15+ minute weight routine every weekmorning, ride road or MTB on the weekend and have been running 7-12 miles per week, to train for a marathon in a few months.
Saturday, I injured my calf while running 7 miles-I had an identical injury to the other calf a few months ago that was finally healed. So the marathon training isn't really going all that well, but it's something to shoot for.
