It is not my usual winter ride but with most of the main roads clear of ice and a little warming up it was nice to lighten things up and take a trip down through the valley on the way to the co-op... the 2.3's I am running are pretty ideal as we were riding on narrow snow packed trails and a few plowed but snow covered trails.

The frame and fork were built here by a now retired builder and was designed for xc racing... don't think he ever envisioned using drop bars but they really make the bike.
