I think this is good advice. I would either buy a Silca or a Lezyne. I have the Lezyne CNC and doesn't have any plastic. Everything is machined aluminum. Either pump will last a life time. I do think that the Lezyne has a better chuck on it. There is no plastic to break on it, just two orings.
