Yeah, I also don't think it would work with a BD, it's designed for a plate in the center, the BD has a plate on the side.
I just can't imagine a situation that would make pay 350 bucks for a kickstand

this video, about 10 seconds into the video it shows that the Yuba stand is attached with two bolts to a plate in the middle, between stays. That won't work with a BD.
