Just to throw it out there:

I had a brief stint with some MW Rondels and DZR Ovis. Both are nice-looking, but they each had the same problem. When backpedaling, you're pulling directly on the shoes' uppers. The uppers are made of pretty soft leather, so I could feel the stretch every time I pulled up. It creates a really sloppy feeling, certainly not the "ultimate power transfer" I was expecting. I went back to Scrod's Catalina straps. I doubt any casual clipless shoe can offer as much control.

Also, the sizing of both models is totally f'd up: My feet are 27 cm long, which puts me right in standard men's size 10's. I'm between an 8 and a 9 in DZR/MW offerings.
